These Subscription Terms apply to all subscriptions and other recurring payment plans purchased through the Love Drama applications and websites operated by K Trend LLC-FZ (“Love Drama”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Subscription Terms supplement the Love Drama Terms of Service available at https://lovedrama.tv/terms and should be read together with our Privacy Policy at https://lovedrama.tv/privacy.
1. Purchases through Apple App Store / Google Play
1.1. Subscriptions are offered and processed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play (each, a “Store”).
1.2. Your purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by the applicable Store’s terms and policies, in addition to these Subscription Terms.
1.3. If there is any conflict between these Subscription Terms and a Store’s policies for Store-billed purchases, the Store’s policies will apply for those purchases.
2. Billing and Renewal
2.1. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually) as displayed at the time of purchase.
2.2. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (or such other timeframe specified by the applicable Store).
2.3. The Store will charge your payment method as authorized through your Store account. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
2.4. Prices may vary by territory and may change over time. Any price changes are handled in accordance with the applicable Store’s policies.
3. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
3.1. We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or other promotions at our discretion, subject to eligibility criteria determined by the applicable Store and/or us.
3.2. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged according to the selected plan, as displayed at purchase.
3.3. We may modify, withdraw, limit, or restrict trials and promotions at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law and Store policies, including to prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Cancellation
4.1. To cancel a subscription purchased through a Store, you must manage and cancel it through your Apple ID / Google Play account settings.
4.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, unless otherwise provided by the applicable Store.
4.3. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Access After Refund
5.1. Refunds and chargebacks are administered and decided by the applicable Store and/or your payment provider (as applicable). For Store-billed purchases, we cannot guarantee or issue refunds except where required by applicable law.
5.2. If a refund or chargeback is approved (or a purchase is otherwise reversed, cancelled, or revoked) for a subscription or other digital services, your access to the refunded/reversed subscription and related digital services will end immediately, regardless of any remaining time in the subscription period.
5.3. If you repurchase a subscription after a refund/reversal, access will resume only after the Store confirms the new active entitlement.
6. Service Usage, Disputes, and Refund Abuse Prevention
6.1. We may log and maintain records of your use (consumption) of the service, such as subscription status, access to purchased features, timestamps of access, session duration, and service availability indicators (“Usage Logs”).
6.2. Usage Logs may be used to operate the service, verify that digital services were provided and accessed, and to investigate, respond to, and resolve refund requests, payment disputes, and chargebacks, including by providing limited consumption-related information to the applicable Store where relevant or requested, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6.3. If we reasonably believe you are engaged in systematic refund abuse, fraud, or misuse (for example, repeated refunds/chargebacks after accessing digital services), we may take reasonable measures to the extent permitted by applicable law and Store policies, such as limiting eligibility for promotions or free trials, restricting certain features, requiring additional verification, suspending or terminating access, or refusing further purchases. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
6.4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our digital service is provided when access to the subscription and/or paid features is made available to you, regardless of subsequent usage. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights or applicable Store policies.
7. EU/UK Digital Content — Right of Withdrawal
7.1. If you are a consumer located in the UK or European Economic Area, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, by purchasing a subscription you expressly request immediate performance (immediate access to digital services). You acknowledge that once access is provided and performance has begun, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal where such a limitation applies under applicable consumer law. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law or the applicable Store policies.
